| ASCHIANAの子どもたちと出会って、もうすぐ４年がたつ。すでに卒業した子どももいれば、新しく入ってきた子どももいる。カブール中心地にあるこのセンターが、どこかに移転したとしても、子どもたちはカブールの中心地で働いているのだ。センターが遠くなれば、それだけ通うのは難しくなる。 It has been almost 4 years since we saw the children of ASCHIANA. Some have already graduated, thereby enrolling new students. If this center is moved elsewhere in the suburbs, it will be difficult for these children, who primarily work in the center of Kabul, to attend. |
子どもたちに教育を。生活していくために、働かなくてはならない子どもたちにも、一日のうち、数時間だけでも、新しい知識や、能力を向上させる時間が必要だ。大人になったときに、きちんとした職に就き、家族を養う力を持つことは、この家族のみならず、アフガニスタンそのものの復興につながっていく。 Although these children must work to make a living, even a few hours at school is necessary for them to acquire new knowledge and realize their potential. Finding decent jobs and providing for their families will not only improve their welfare but their country's economy, as well. |
